Flokiman’s Realistic TV Feel GFX For PES 2017 PC
I made a custom Reshade effect set.
Try it. You have to have Reshade installed.
If it doesn’t work, change the paths in d3d9.ini to match your path of PES 2017.

WARNINGS:
1. In menus,cut scenes, fouls, corner kicks and goal kicks looks bad, you can instantly disable it with ScrlLK key
2. Recommended for night matches with some height in camera.
3. When entered in a game, try pressing ScrLk twince, to unload and reload the effects correcty
